# Searching for jobs

> Browse the open jobs market from Staffer, separate from any application you already have.

Beyond your own applications, Staffer gives you a way to look at what's out there.

## Search in your own words

Ask the copilot for what you want, for instance "senior frontend roles in Oslo" or "product jobs at fintechs or AI startups." It searches from several angles at once and merges the results into one list, saved under the Match tab so you can come back to it.

## Market stats, not just listings

Ask broader questions too, like how many UX roles are open right now, or what's hiring in a specific city, and get a real count and breakdown instead of guessing.
