[AI interviews](/companies/ai-interviews) * **More natural pacing.** In voice and video interviews, the agent leaves more room between responses, so candidates have time to think. * **New voice models.** The agent varies tone and inflection through the interview. * **Better response handling.** Thinking sounds and filler words no longer count as an answer. * **Try as candidate without saving.** Run the interview yourself before you save the step. * **New defaults and a new voice.** Updated default voices and tone, plus Lauren, a new US voice. * **Transcript fixes.** Messages fade in, the opener placeholder is gone, the preview header matches the apply page, and audio tags are stripped from transcripts. ## Jobs * **Job header.** A header on the job canvas shows which job you're in.
