A human interview step schedules a real call instead of an AI-run one.

## Scheduling

Staffer creates a Google Meet through your connected calendar and sends the invite. Connect your calendar from Settings before your first human interview step.

## Getting a transcript

Staffer joins the call with a recording bot and produces a transcript automatically afterward. No one needs to take notes manually or upload a recording by hand.

## After the call

The transcript feeds into the same evaluation and rescoring path as an AI interview: an assessment lands on the step, and the candidate's match score updates.
