## What's in it

Anyone you've shortlisted, applied to a job, or saved as a favorite shows up here, along with how many jobs they've been part of and when you last interacted with them.

## Warmth

Each profile carries a warmth signal, warm, lukewarm, cold, or never, based on how recently you've engaged with them. It's a quick read on who's worth reaching out to again versus who's gone quiet.

## Favorites

Save someone to your pool even before they're attached to a job. A favorite stays pinned and visible regardless of application activity.
