# Your account

> Personal settings: your profile, how the agent should work with you, notifications, and your signature.

These settings are yours alone. Nothing here is visible to the rest of your workspace.

## Profile

Your name, photo, and how you appear to teammates and candidates you message.

## Agent preferences

Tell the agent how you like to work: search habits, outreach tone. It's used in every conversation you have with it in this workspace, so you don't have to repeat yourself each time.

## Notifications

Choose what you're notified about and where: new applications, completed process steps, messages.

## Signature

The signature appended to outreach you send through Staffer.
