  <Accordion title="Is this a subscription?">
    Yes, on Growth and Enterprise. Your commitment is a credit top-up, not a licence fee. Every dollar becomes usage you own, plus a bonus on top, and unused credits roll forward.

  <Accordion title="Is this a success fee?">
    No. You pay for the hiring work you run, not a percentage when a candidate signs. A $100,000 hire costs about $1,285 here, against $15,000 to $30,000 in agency fees.

  <Accordion title="What if we need more than we committed?">
    Top up any time, one to one. The bonus applies to your committed amount, so extra top-ups are straight credits. If you're topping up often, a higher commitment is the cheaper route.

  <Accordion title="Does cost rise as our team grows?">
    No. Seats and headcount don't affect price. Only the work you run does.

  <Accordion title="What if hiring slows for a quarter?">
    Nothing is lost. Unused credits roll forward and are there when hiring picks back up.

    On Enterprise agreements, yes. Free and Growth are card-based through Stripe.
