The workspace list
The header shows how many workspaces are active, and how many are deleted, if any exist (hidden by default, revealed with a filter toggle). Each row shows the workspace’s name and slug, a Current badge if it’s the one you’re in, a Deleted badge if it’s been soft-deleted, how many People and Jobs it has, and when it was Created.Switching workspaces
Click the workspace button at the bottom of the sidebar, then Switch workspace. It’s a searchable list with a checkmark on the workspace you’re in. Picking another one reloads the app into it, so nothing cached from your old workspace carries over.Creating a workspace
Workspace switcher → + New workspace. It runs you through the same setup as your first workspace: find your company, review the details, invite your team. See Set up your workspace. Anyone signed in can do this. You become the new workspace’s owner. The real limit is your plan: Starter caps an organization at 1 workspace, so + New workspace is disabled there, with a prompt to upgrade. Growth and Enterprise are unlimited. Moving a job to another workspace
Open the job, then its More job actions menu, then Move to workspace. This only appears if you’re an admin or owner of both the current workspace and at least one other workspace in the same organization. It’s a real move, not a copy: the job, its candidates, and its history leave the source workspace entirely.Deleting a workspace
Only the workspace’s owner can delete it, from that workspace’s own General settings, under Danger zone → Delete this workspace. It’s a soft delete: jobs, listings, candidates, and members are hidden everywhere in the app, but the data is kept, not purged. You can’t delete a workspace that auto-join currently points at as its default. Point auto-join elsewhere, or turn it off, in Organization settings first.Common questions

Can I belong to workspaces in more than one organization?
Yes. The workspace switcher lists every workspace you’re a member of, across every organization, plus any workspace in an organization where you’re an org owner or admin. This is normal for an agency recruiter working inside a client’s organization.
