Staffer signs you in with your existing Google or Microsoft account. There’s no separate password to create or remember.
You need a work email
Sign-in only accepts a work email domain. Personal providers like Gmail or Outlook.com are rejected, with a prompt to sign in again using your company address instead.
This isn’t arbitrary: Staffer organizes everything around your company’s workspace, and a personal address has no company to attach to.
If your company is already on Staffer
If an admin at your company has turned on auto-join for your email domain, signing in drops you straight into your company’s existing workspace. You won’t see any of the setup steps below: you land directly in the app.
If your company has a Staffer organization but auto-join isn’t turned on, you can’t create a second one on the same domain. You’ll be asked to get an invite from an admin there instead. See Invite your team for what that invite looks like from the other side.
Coming back later
Once you’re signed in, Staffer keeps track of where you were headed. If you followed a shared link while signed out, sign-in takes you there and then sends you straight back to it after.
