The sidebar
Below the nav sits Recents: a collapsible list of jobs you’ve opened recently, up to 12. Hover over a job and click the pin icon to keep it above Recents. Each job shows a colored dot: green means its listing is live, grey means the listing is a draft or closed. Hovering the dot spells it out: “listing is live,” “listing is a draft,” or “listing closed.”
Click the collapse icon at the top of the sidebar to shrink it to icons only. This is saved for your browser.
Search
Click the search icon at the top of the sidebar, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), from anywhere. Type at least 2 characters to search jobs, candidates, teams, members, and every settings page you have access to. Results are grouped by type. Pick one to go straight there.Notifications, messages, and credits
The Notifications, Applications, and Messages sidebar items each carry their own unread-count badge, updated roughly once a minute. Opening the notifications popover shows Mark all read and a link to see everything on the full notifications page. At the bottom of the sidebar, a credits chip shows either your organization’s available credit balance, or, if your workspace has a monthly spend cap set, how much of that cap you’ve used this month. Click it to open your usage and billing details, if you have access to them.Support
Click Support at the bottom of the sidebar to open a chat window for help. It’s the only way to reach support from inside the app: there’s no floating help bubble anywhere else.The workspace menu

Why don't my teammates see the same Recents or pinned jobs I do?
Pinned jobs and Recents are stored in your browser, not on your account. They don’t sync across your own devices either, and nobody else in the workspace sees your list.

Search needs at least 2 characters, and only returns candidates, jobs, teams, and members, plus settings pages you have permission to open. It won’t surface something you don’t have access to.
