Search by asking, not typing into a box
There’s no search box that runs a new search directly. Instead, ask your copilot for what you want, for instance “senior frontend roles in Oslo” or “product jobs at fintechs or AI startups.” It searches the market from several angles at once and merges everything into one list, saved as a card titled with a short summary of what you asked for. You can also ask broader questions, like how many UX jobs are open right now, and get a real count instead of a guess. The search box on the Job Match page itself only filters results you already have, by title, company, or city. It doesn’t start a new search, and neither does the Type or Country filter next to it.Job Match is in beta. It covers open jobs in Europe and North America that Staffer has collected, not every job in the market. When you ask how many jobs are open, the count shows how many matching jobs Staffer has found.
Your shortlist
Bookmark a job to add it to your shortlist, a group that always sits at the top of the page. Unbookmark it, or use Mark as applied from a job’s menu, to take it off again. Marking it applied is a way to clean up your own list, since Staffer has no way to know whether you actually applied somewhere else.Nothing here is saved to your account
Both your search results and your shortlist live only in your browser tab. Close the tab and they’re gone. Reload the page and they’re still there. Your conversation with the copilot works the same way. See Your copilot.Applying to a Job Match result
Clicking a job, or its Open listing option, opens the company’s own job page in a new tab. That’s outside Staffer, so nothing is tracked on your account. No. Job Match results and your shortlist are only kept in that browser tab, on purpose. Ask your copilot again when you’re back.
