Your applications list
Each row shows the company and job, its current stage, and a short note on what’s next: Your turn when something needs you, or Waiting on team when it’s the company’s move. Search by role or company, or filter by stage. Open the … menu on a row to view the application, copy its ID, or withdraw. If the list is empty, you haven’t applied anywhere yet and no recruiter has added you. See Apply to a job or Find jobs to start.Inside an application
Each application opens with a header showing the job, the company’s logo and your current stage. Five tabs sit underneath:- Job: the listing, as posted.
- Resume: your profile as the company sees it for this specific application, not necessarily your current one. Upload a newer CV here at any time.
- Process: where you are and what’s next. See below.
- Messages: your conversation with the recruiter. See Messages.
- Privacy: your consent, your data, and where you withdraw. See Withdraw an application.
What you see on the Process tab
It’s a timeline of every step in the company’s process for you. Completed and skipped steps collapse into a Previous steps group. The one step that’s current is shown in full. Steps after that are marked Upcoming and only show their name and kind until it’s your turn. Once everything’s done, the tab shows a closing note that the hiring team will take it from here.Stages, and what they mean
Why a new application might not show up yet
If a recruiter added you to a job, it may not appear in this list right away. An application you started yourself shows up immediately, at any stage. One a recruiter started for you only appears once they’ve moved you past their first review stage. This doesn’t affect the private link they emailed you: that works from the moment you get it, whether or not the application shows up here yet. See When a recruiter contacts you.Notifications
The bell at the top of the sidebar shows updates on your applications, and the full Notifications page lists them all, so nothing gets lost. Screen readers announce which ones are unread.Emails you might get
You may also get emails about your data and privacy rights. Every email links to the privacy policies and to a Manage your data page. See Your data and privacy.
Common questions
Why don't I see an application a recruiter told me about?
Why don't I see an application a recruiter told me about?
It’s probably still at their first review stage. It appears here once they move you forward. Until then, use the private link they sent you. See When a recruiter contacts you.
Can my stage change without anyone reviewing me personally?
Can my stage change without anyone reviewing me personally?
Usually a person at the company moves you. But a questionnaire can be set up to act on your answer immediately, which can move you forward or end your application without anyone individually reviewing it in the moment. See Screening steps.
Why does the Resume tab look different from my actual profile?
Why does the Resume tab look different from my actual profile?
It’s a copy of your profile as it was for this specific application, not a live view of your current one.
