A candidate’s view has two separate places to write something, and they behave differently.

Notes

Notes are internal. The candidate never sees them. Use them for anything your team needs to remember: a recruiter’s read on the interview, a scheduling constraint, why someone got passed over.

Messages

Messages are outreach: what you actually send to the candidate. Every message for a candidate on a given job lives in one thread, and their replies land back in that same thread rather than starting a new one.
AI-drafted outreach carries a short disclosure line so candidates know when a message was written by the agent.
