Every candidate on a job sits in exactly one stage: shortlist, in review, in progress, offer, hired, rejected, or withdrawn.

Setting it

There’s no automatic pipeline that advances people on its own. A stage changes because a recruiter sets it, or because a candidate withdraws themselves. Every change is logged, so the history of a candidacy is always complete.

Moving backward

Mistakes happen. Moving someone back, un-rejecting them, or returning a hired offer to review, is fully supported and treated as a correction rather than a fresh decision, so the record stays honest about what actually happened.

Bulk changes

From the Candidates list, you can act on several people at once instead of opening each one individually. Next: Notes and messages
