The three modes
Chat is a written back-and-forth. Voice is a live spoken conversation. Video adds a recorded feed on top of the conversation. All three run the same underlying interview logic, just through a different medium. What the candidate is told
Before starting, the candidate sees a disclosure that the session is recorded, a transcript is kept, and an AI evaluation is produced for the recruiter, which the candidate does not see themselves. They have to acknowledge it before the interview can start. What you get afterward
A transcript and an AI evaluation land on the candidate’s process step once the interview finishes, and their match score updates to take it into account.Interview recordings, transcripts, and evaluations are deleted automatically six months after the application closes.
