Retention

Some retention is fixed: interview recordings and transcripts, for instance, are deleted six months after an application closes, regardless of any setting. Beyond that, your organization can set its own retention rules for other data.

When a candidate asks to have their data erased, the request lands in a queue your admins can see and act on, rather than depending on someone finding a stray email.
