Analytics shows how your whole workspace is hiring: how fast, where candidates drop off and where they come from.

• Every number covers the whole workspace, for all time. You can’t filter by date or job.
• Everyone in the workspace can see it, including viewers.

The four numbers at the top

Things to know:

• Hires counts who’s hired right now, not everyone ever hired. If a hired candidate later moves to a different stage, they drop out of the count.
• Avg candidates per position includes closed jobs, and jobs with no candidates count as zero, which pulls the average down.
• The three time numbers show a dash until there’s enough data.

Pipeline flow

A flow chart of how candidates move between stages, including drop-offs to Rejected and Withdrawn. It only draws stages someone has moved into, so a workspace with no hires yet has no Offer or Hired. Moves back to an earlier stage aren’t drawn. A footnote below the chart counts them. The chart calls the In progress stage “In process”, and so do the time-at-stage tiles below. It’s the same stage.

Where candidates come from

Source attribution splits candidates into Applied (they applied to a listing), Sourced (found in a search) and Manually added, with a count and a percentage for each.

Candidates by function

Candidates grouped by the job’s Function. Jobs with no function set show under Unspecified.

​

Time at each stage

The average time candidates spend in In review, In process (In progress) and Offer before moving on. A tile shows No data until someone has left that stage.

Jobs active per day

How many jobs your workspace had on each of the last 30 days. Closed and unpublished jobs count too. Only deleted jobs don’t.
