Candidate lists

A job’s Candidates tab lists that job’s candidates. The Applications page in the sidebar lists candidates across every job, with an extra Job column. The toolbar, columns, filters and sorting work the same way in both.

Toolbar

• Search candidates… filters the visible rows by name.
• Filter opens the filter popover (see below).
• Display options controls sort, grouping and which columns show.
• Add candidate (Candidates tab only) adds one specific person. See Add candidates yourself.
• Speed action lets you act on many candidates’ next actions at once. See Next actions.
• More actions → Download CSV exports whatever rows are currently visible, given your filters and grouping.

Columns

Sort and group

Sort by: Urgency · highest first (default), Recently touched, Recently added, or Name · A → Z. Group by: None (default), Next action, or Stage. On the Applications page, you can also group by Job.

Filters

Active filters show as removable pills under the toolbar. The Match filter buckets on potential score, falling back to current score when there’s no potential yet. A candidate whose current score is 55 but whose potential is 75 shows up under Good fit (70+). See How match scores work.

The urgency indicator

Every row shows a signal-strength icon: 1 blue bar (low), 2 green bars (medium), 3 orange bars (high), or a red square with a white ”!” (critical). Hover it to see the priority and the reason, such as a reply that’s gone unanswered for several days.

Shortlisted candidates aren’t listed here

Neither list includes people who are only shortlisted. They appear once you promote them. Until then, they’re on the job’s Scouting tab. See Shortlist and promote candidates.
