Lead and Members are informational only. They don’t grant or restrict access. Everyone in your workspace with the right role can see and work on every project.
Add jobs to a project
On the Roles tab, click + (Add role):- Create new role opens Add a role. Type a Role title, choose whether it starts as Planned or Open, and click Add role. The new job opens on its Brief tab. See Job statuses.
- Add existing role lets you search your workspace’s jobs and pick one.
Job statuses
Every job has a status, shown on the Roles page, in the job’s header and in Details on its Brief tab. Change it from Status in Details.
Only Qualifying and Open jobs are live. A Draft or Planned job can’t take candidates, run a search or publish its listing. You can still write its brief and draft its listing. A job you start from the agent chat starts as Open.
Picking Closed opens the Close position dialog. Moving a job out of Closed puts its listing back to an unpublished draft. Moving a job between the other statuses doesn’t touch its listing or its candidates.
The Projects page
The Projects page lists every project in the workspace. Search with the search icon, filter by Status, Lead or Team, and use Display to sort and choose columns:
Each row’s … menu has Open project, Copy ID and Delete project.
